Shipping costs
Within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €4,99.
For other European countries, the shipping costs are displayed individually during the ordering process.
From an order value of 49 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Delivery address
Please enter a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. We accept no liability for delays in delivery or additional costs for incorrect addresses.
Shipment tracking
After the goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if available.
Partial deliveries
If a product is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. The shipping costs will not be increased.
Transport damage
Please check the goods for damage upon receipt. Please report any transport damage immediately to the deliverer and contact us immediately so that we can clarify the matter.
