Refund policy

Note: The following provisions on the right of withdrawal apply exclusively to contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (B2C). Sales to entrepreneurs (B2B) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In the case of orders for several goods that are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which you (or the named third party) received the last goods. If a product is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the period begins from the day on which you have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

Exercise of revocation

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us - NaturaThai UG (haftungsbeschränkt) - of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Please send your revocation to the following contact address:

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. A mere return of the goods without a declaration is not sufficient for an effective revocation.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods (whichever is the earliest).

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. In other words, you must pay compensation for any deterioration or damage to the goods caused by use that goes beyond the inspection of the properties and functionality of the goods.

Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that a withdrawal from NaturaThai UG is only possible if the original packaging of the goods is unopened. As soon as you open a seal or the packaging of such goods, your right of withdrawal in relation to these goods expires. In special cases, a NaturaThai employee may grant a right of withdrawal.

(Examples: These include, in particular, cosmetics and wellness products that are sealed for reasons of hygiene and cannot be resold if the seal is open).
